I provide quality childcare in a loving home for children.

Children learn through play and I provide many opportunities for them to “discover” things about the world that they live. Children are very bright and need to be treated as social little individuals who have much to share. Each child brings a new and exciting personality to my daycare and I try not to stifle their personality, but to nurture and help them socialize and guide them in areas that they need assistance.

“When I am not in school or spending time with my family, I work at a home for the elderly. This is a great experience for me because I was able to learn how to handle other people’s problems. At the same time, I developed my own understanding of the elderly there, and of how people are in general. I really enjoy working with people and that is why I think I would be a great au pair.”

Salvation Army Angel Tree & Red Kettle Campaign

November 13 – December 13
Upper Level near Zales
The Salvation Army Angel Tree program provides new clothing and/or toys for children. A tree will be placed near the Fountain Court with several paper angel tags with the first name, age and gender of a child who will receive the gift. Contributors remove one or more tags from the tree and purchase appropriate gifts for the child or children described on the tags. The toys are then delivered back to the Angel Tree unwrapped and later picked up by the parent to distribute to the child/children on Christmas Day. The traditional Red Kettle campaign is an integral part of the Holiday scene, with millions of dollars donated each year to aid needy families, seniors, and the homeless, in keeping with the spirit of the season. Donations provide holiday dinners, clothing, and toys for families in need. Financial assistance also helps with basic necessities, along with seasonal aid. Look for Red Kettles at Irving Mall at the Main Mall Entrances, November 13 through December 24.
