• Requirements: Guitar, Electronic Tuner, Positive Attitude! Computer w/Internet helpful but not required.
• Price: $90 for 7 weeks, 14 class hours.

Open to all students with knowledge of basic bar chords and the pentatonic scale. Topics will include the standard twelve and eight bar blues forms, chord voicings, scales and rhythmic elements. Regional variations and the oral tradition are explored using historical and contemporary examples, with a focus on playing by ear.

When: Every Sunday from 7 pm to 8:30 pm, starting January 24th
Duration: 7 weeks, 1/24 through 3/7, total of 10.5 class hours
