Sales Associates Needed

Sales associates wanted for established lawn service, Detailed lawn care program, $ 40.00 a sale.




Candidates will be trained on best sales practices and will have the opportunity to manage their own territory and build a sales team by meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities Include:

Responsible for promoting Company services as a professional sales representative.

Develops and maintains productive working relationships with customers that allow sales and marketing goals to be achieved.

Conducts sales calls, primarily door-to-door, co-marketing to seek the placement of service in high volume areas.

Follows direction..

Attend meetings and training sessions.

Assumes responsibility for the effective performance of residential, business and direct sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements

Must be able to provide own transportation.
High School Graduate or Equivalent.
Makes sales presentations to prospective customers as requested.
Prospect new accounts.
Tracks sales deals through closing and finalizes sales contracts.
