Direct B2B Commercial Sales

Building Services Company is looking for a self motivated executive with excellent sales skills to obtain new commercial business accounts. The position is Direct, Business to Business sales to commercial property managers. To be successful in the position, one must demonstrate strong client relationship building and customer service skills, as well as excellent communication skills. They must demonstrate a sense of responsibility, persuasion, sociability, confidence, and flexibility. Previous sales experience with a proven record is necessary. Minimum High School Diploma but some college preferred.
