We are looking for Sales Executives who are driven to be successful in a B2B (business to business) sales environment.
We Want: 2+ years of outside sales experience Outstanding communications skills and the ability to work with limited supervision We Offer: Aggressive compensation structure/generous incentives (no cap) Structured training and support Experienced Field Trainers to accompany new Agents on appointments Candidates must be comfortable dealing with senior level executives and business decision makers. Presentation skills suitable for presenting to 10 to 40 employees at a time are a plus. Candidates must be coachable and willing to follow a proven success system. Training and support resources include: formal classroom training, presentation scripts, audios, videos, training seminars, Internet based training, training manuals, PowerPoint7 presentations, flipchart presentations and weekly conference calls. Our compensation package features up front commission advances, plus overrides, bonuses and renewals on commissions and overrides. This uncommon commission structure provides the opportunity to earn both substantial short term immediate commissions and a solid, ongoing residual income stream.
