Business Development Professional

Professional services company is looking for a career oriented Business Development Professional for the Central Texas area. Duties include:

• Identify, prioritize and generate qualified leads for the goods and services offered.

• Respond and follow up on all inquiries.

• Execute business to business direct marketing to targeted accounts within the identified market.

• Develop ideas and implement plans for direct marketing to targeted accounts.

• Self motivate and work independently with direction from management.

• Provide a clear, compelling and articulate explanation to prospect.

• Schedule appointments in advance to meet with business prospects.

• Cold call potential customers.

• Identify and attend business professional organizations for networking purposes.

• Maintain a computerized customer and prospect database.

• Monitor and report relevant activities weekly to management.

• Attend meetings with other company members as necessary to aid business development activity.

• Develop and maintain relevant knowledge and skills to perform duties and responsibilities.

• Follow company policies and procedures.

• Assist in the development of collateral materials for marketing purposes.
